Statutory cooling-off window
If you change your mind about a distance purchase, you generally have fourteen days from delivery to notify us, provided the items remain sealed and unused. Capsules are considered goods that deteriorate or cannot be resold after opening; therefore breaking the tamper seal removes automatic cooling-off rights except where the product is faulty or misdescribed.
Hygiene & batch traceability
Returned units re-enter inventory only if seals are intact and lot codes match outbound records. This protects every subsequent customer from tampering concerns and supports recall accuracy if a supplier later flags an ingredient batch.
Faulty, damaged, or mislabelled items
Photograph outer packaging, batch number, and any visible defect within seventy-two hours of delivery. We may ask you to dispose of compromised capsules instead of posting them back when safety dictates. Refunds include the lowest widely available outward shipping rate you reasonably selected.
Cross-border duty & brokerage
International buyers remain importer of record. Refund totals may exclude irrecoverable customs duties; we itemise what we can claw back from carriers or tax portals on a case-by-case basis.
Gift recipients
Gift purchasers may authorise refunds to original payment sources even when the recipient initiates the conversation; we protect purchaser financial data by verifying order linkage through secure tokens emailed to the buyer.
Bundles & promotional stacking
If one SKU in a bundle fails inspection, we may partial refund based on standalone list prices at time of purchase or ship a replacement unit while letting you keep unaffected products.
